It was not until my experience as a parent of school-aged children that I realized some of the greatest values of their educational journey were not in the academics, but in the Social Time.
Nothing about my life has turned out the way that I had planned. Not my marriage. Or motherhood. Or me. I am learning that this is actually the best part.
Inevitably we all hit a hill in our lives. It can be a slow, slight incline or a fast, steep, breathtaking ascent. Oftentimes we fear the hills, unsure if we can make it to the top.
