Millions of families around the world use a crock pot to help make fast and easy meals during the work week. From pulled pork to chicken tacos and everything else in between, crock pots offer time savings to the stressful cooking.
Unfortunately, I haven’t had any luck. My chicken is dry, my stews have no flavor and my baby back ribs have aren’t juicy. I received hours of advice on how to rectify this issue, spent countless nights looking up new crock pot recipes on Pinterest and even purchased a new crock pot. No luck mommas! It just doesn’t work for me.
So, I thought long and hard, did some online searches and came up with Plan B! Goodbye crock pot and hello stove!
I am currently in love with one pot dinners and one dish bakes. They are so easy, quick, inexpensive and punch a lot of flavor.
Here are my top recipes:
Garlic Lemon Chicken with Green Beans and Potatoes
One Pan Salmon with Vegetables
Do you have any favorite one pot dishes that you cook on a regular basis?
We had this one yesterday it was really good. It needs rice or bread to go along with it.
